I'm looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant who can help Keyur with his day-to-day tasks while also contributing to GrowedIn's Administrative side of things.
Who will you work with
I'm Keyur. I have been in the Content Marketing and Social Media spaces for a little over 5 years now. I own and run a LinkedIn Marketing agency called GrowedIn, wherein we help C-suite executives as well as solopreneurs grow their LinkedIn profile through ghostwriting and engagement. I also run a Content Marketing agency called Savisha Marketing, wherein we help businesses produce blog posts and website content for their brand.
I'm a big believer in personal branding. I like to post consistently on LinkedIn and plan to diversify to other social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube soon.
You'll mostly work directly with me but you might sometimes need to coordinate with the GrowedIn and Savisha team, in order to get certain company-specific tasks done.
What will you do
As a Executive Assistant, you will be helping me out with some tasks like:
- Building out a content calendar for my socials
- Write blog posts as and when required
- Coming up with weekly content ideas
- Responding to my emails, LinkedIn messages
- Building a lead pipeline and helping out with sales process
- Creating pitch decks
- Planning travel itineraries
- Building internal systems and processes for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Managing my calendar and to-do list
- Assist in company-specific admin or operational work
- Conduct hiring rounds for applicants
- Conduct market research as and when required
and other similar tasks.
What are the skills required
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Extraordinary research (Googling) skills
- A know-how of how basic tools like Google Drive and Gmail work
- The willingness and ability to learn advanced tools like Airtable, Notion, Asana, and other similar software
- Drive to learn how a profitable business operates from inside out and lend a hand wherever possible
What are some additional nice-to-have skills
- Ability to design great visuals
- Ability to edit IG reels
- Understanding of sales process
What will you learn

When will you work
Between 9:00 am - 7pm IST (Indian Standard Time)
Where will you work
From wherever you'd like to. A coffee shop near you, your comfy sofa, or out of a beach in Goa.
The only requirement is that you have a good Internet connection, a stable working equipment (preferably a laptop) and a calm environment around you when you're in meetings.
How much is the pay
Cycle 1 - 20k INR/month for the first 2 months
Cycle 2 - 25k INR/month for the 3rd month
The longer you stay with us, the better you get at your job. You deserve to be rewarded for the same.
We review your performance after every cycle and decide on whether to renew your contract or not.
The compensation post 3 months will depend on your performance and shall be discussed towards the end of the 2nd cycle.
If we both are a good fit, we will move you from an intern to a full-time position with a relatively higher compensation
P.S - If you manage to close a new business, you get a certain percentage additionally as compensation for the same.

Late is rude. Meeting at 5 pm 5:01 pm is disrespectfully late. Submission by noon 12:01 pm is regrettably late.
When you commit to a set time, failing to follow through leaves someone waiting, stealing their precious work minutes. Money can be earned, but lost time can't be reclaimed. Value everyone's time; it's a precious commodity.
Connectivity
We're all human, and life's unpredictable. Trains are missed, tires go flat, and coffee spills happen. We expect punctuality most of the time, but we're understanding when circumstances disrupt itprovided you communicate.
If you're running late for a meeting, even by just 2 minutes, inform attendees ASAP. The same applies to submissions and client interactions. Over-communicate; let people know if things are on track, need fixing, or require input. Don't leave others hanging in the dark.
Notability
Again, we're human, not machines. Our minds are meant for creativity, not memory storage. When tasked with something, jot it down. Valuable client information Take notes. Repetition is counterproductive.
Utilize a calendar, a to-do list, and your preferred note-taking system to prevent overwhelm and maintain efficient organization.
