Some responsibilities of an EA include: ( WFH)
- SchedulingManaging the professional and personal schedules of executives, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and client management
TravelManaging travel logistics and activities for executives, including accommodations, transportation, and meals- CommunicationPrioritizing emails and phone calls, writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive
AdministrationHandling office management duties, organizing reports and documents, answering phone calls, setting up meetings, screening visitors, and opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence
- Personal dutiesHosting visitors from overseas
