Job Description

Job Overview: We are lookingfor an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant for the Founder's office. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize executive's calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Draft and prepare professional correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the executives.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
  • Assist in organizing presentations and materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle expense reporting, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the executives.
  • Maintain organized files and documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as assigned by the executives.
  • Contribute to process improvement and streamlining administrative tasks.

Qualification & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's/ Master degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
