Job Overview: We are lookingfor an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant for the Founder's office. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize executive's calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the executives.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Assist in organizing presentations and materials for meetings and presentations.
- Handle expense reporting, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the executives.
- Maintain organized files and documents, both physical and electronic.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as assigned by the executives.
- Contribute to process improvement and streamlining administrative tasks.
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's/ Master degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
