Meeting Support: Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes, and ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place
Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations for the MD
Phone Calls: Screening and handling phone calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers
Task Delegation: Managing tasks and projects on behalf of the MD, including tracking progress, following up on deadlines, and ensuring completion
