Role and Responsibilities:
This role will require someone with experience in managing the office for a Leadership Team, involving administrative support but not limited to the responsibilities mentioned below:
- Handle and manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Oversee and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure seamless coordination of internal and external meetings, including receiving visitors and managing campus visits for the COO.
- Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating clear and timely communication at all levels within the organization.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, communications, and other essential documents,ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Design, update, and maintain databases and dashboards. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to produce actionable reports and insights.
- Conduct thorough research, compile data, and provide analysis to support reports, presentations, and decision-making processes.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and maintaining action trackers to ensure follow-up on key decisions and next steps.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
Eligibility:
- Bachelors Degree from a top tier institution
- Minimum 5-7 years of admin/secretarial work experience with premier organisations
Skill Sets Required:
- Knowledge of the latest online portals for a virtual setup as and when required, such as Zoom, Google meet, MS Teams, etc.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Comfortable with software for presentations, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Smart, presentable personality who can work well with senior leaders and stakeholders
