Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Classic Holidays in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, facilitating communication, and providing general administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
