As the Executive Assistant to the Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth operation of the Manager's office.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Manager while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
You shall work hands-on as an individual contributor, and work under dynamic leadership which will
help you learn management skills and get to see the organization from larger view.
Role :
Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity, maintaining confidentiality protocols and safeguarding sensitive documents and discussions.
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Manager, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate records and files.
Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and managing incoming communications, and drafting responses on behalf of the Manager as needed.
Calendar Management: Manage the Manger's complex and dynamic schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring efficient use of time.
Travel Coordination: Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel for the Manager, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements, ensuring seamless logistics and timely updates.
Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and coordinating catering and audio-visual requirements. Preparing minutes of the meetings and circulation of the same among all.
Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, and external partners, representing the Manager professionally and building rapport on their behalf.
Start as a fully hands-on individual contributor, and transform into a mostly hands-on management role as you build Infinity Learns business intelligence function..
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2-3 Years of Experience
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands with poise and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals
Highest level of confidentiality and maturity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
Compensation:
30-35K INR per month
