Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the Founder & Chairman and the CEO's schedule in an effective and efficient manner
Assist them in organising their daily administrative workload and following up on action items
Maintain their active calendars, arranging appointments and meetings as appropriate and ensuring that they are adequately
briefed and have all relevant information and documents to be discussed
Deal with electronic mail, both incoming and outgoing, in a secure and confidential manner
Handle phone calls, general enquiries, invitations and other requests
Organize and prepare for meetings, arrange itineraries and agendas
Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, Flight bookings, Visa,
Invitation letters, transportation, meals etc for both domestic and International travel, and process all expense claims.
Coordinate and communicate with the Personal Assistants of Puig's Senior Management Executives
Arrange a variety of weekly meetings and when required, take accurate notes. Ensure that matters arising from meetings are dealt
with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to issues concerning members of staff and all stakeholders. Respond
positively with tact, sensitivity and awareness to all stakeholders in relation to duties undertaken.
