Job Summary:-
- The basic responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day facility and Admin work flow of entire office & Production Unit. Job Details:-
- Supervised and coordination of all the projects related to construction, renovation, additions to all premises in the respective location.
- Management of all external manpower, i.e., housekeeping, security guards, food vendor.
- To maintain a track of payments of all services & facilities provided.
- Ensure maintenance all Internal Facilities i.e.: Housekeeping, Security, transport/Equipment, electricity, water, furniture & fittings, fire extinguishers, and other office equipment.
- Provide Travel Management and dispatch Services to the internal customers.
- To work across the admin team supporting as required.
- To undertake answering general Admin Queries from Office & MFG unit
- To provide general clerical/admin support across the team e.g., Infra requirements, following up with Vendor like electrician, plumber & other jobs assigned by Admin Sr. Manager
- To undertake routine administration tasks, floor walk collection general issue of the user & recording it.
- To operate computerised records/information/communication systems and carry out other minor IT based tasks.
- To sort and distribute mail as directed.
- To provide personal, administrative and organisation support to other staff.
- To operate general office equipment e.g., photocopier/computer/CCTV.
- Should have knowledge about travel desk process., i.e., booking bus/train/flight/cab
