YOUR TASKS
Looking for 3 - 5 years experienced Administration Executive.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements, including financial, health & safety, employment, etc.
Raising the purchase requests, collaborate with the sourcing team to facilitate sourcing activities, including supplier communication, supplier management, document.
management, and ensuring on time supplies and payments to vendors. Check payment invoices & ensure receipt of materials, correct price and necessary purchase authority and get them approved from Admin head. Tracking and maintaining payment status in collaboration with Finance Team.
Conducting periodic cost analyses and recommend appropriate actions to ensure cost effective delivery of services for administration team.
Maintain and update inventories of all office equipment and Testing Labs. Repair & maintenance of Office equipment's Like A/C, Sensor, Workstations, Fire Extinguisher, UPS.
Managing regular maintenance of facilities & equipment's (AMC contracts).
Statutory compliances and necessary registration of local Government agencies-
Establish and maintain good working rapport with 700 + employees and leadership to run office operations smoothly.
Your Qualifications
Plan and coordinate office events and other social functions.
Requirements
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Planning and Coordination.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in teams. Keen attention to detail
Position is for long term association on Third Party Payroll.
5 days Week - Work from Office location at Hinjewadi Phase -1 by self-travel mode.
