Job Purpose
This role is responsible for accounts payable function for indirect expenses which includes administrative, selling, distribution and administration expenses. This role requires interaction with internal and external stakeholders , getting data & knowledge on transactions and business and reconcile the statement of account with our books.
Principal Accountabilities
- To book selling general & administrative expenses correctly. completely and making sure these are booked with correct rate TDS, (Withholding Tax).
- Day to day accounting entries of direct and indirect expenses
- Coordinate with business to get month end provisions and creating the same as at each month end
- Coordinate with business for open purchase orders
- Process Invoices as per Company accounting policies
- Prepare month end schedules & vendor reconciliations at frequent level
Skills
Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge & experience of finance & accounts 3-5 years minimum,
- SAP knowledge would be additional advantage
- Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate
- MS Office Knowledge
- Worked in a process oriented environment & recognised ERP with cost & profit centres
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving ability, agile and proactive.
