nPurpose of the Role:
n
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

nKey Responsibilities:
n
n
Vendor Onboarding:
nn- Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors.
n- Ensure all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.
n
n
Book Closures:
nn- Manage monthly book closures, including provisions and prepaid expenses.
n- Prepare and review financial reports and reconciliations.
n
n
Compliance Management:
nn- Ensure compliance with tax regulations including TDS, GST, and Professional Tax (PT).
n- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary changes.
n

n
Key Requirements:
n
n- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
n- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and financial compliance.
n- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.
n- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
n- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
n- Experience with [specific accounting software] or ERP systems.
n- Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices.
