Role & responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries
  • solving queries of customer through voice
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication
  • Will be working in rotational shift
  • Will be having one rotational week off

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience : Undergraduate with 6 months of experience can apply

Graduate with 6 months experience can apply

Graduate fresher can also apply

Any BPO/Customer Service experience can apply

Good English communication skills

Ability to listen and active problem solving skills

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure

Shift: Females 6.30 am to 9 pm any 9 hours

Males 24*7 any 9 hours

Any Graduate
