Job Roles:
Management of Guests for excursions as per booking details- Waiver forms and all safety measures to be implemented as per SOP.
Verbal Explanation of all emergency procedures to guests before the commencement of the charter
- Execution of the excursions and all committed add-on services
Submission of bills, vouchers, and all transactional details to the Accounts department- Proper coordination with the Sales and booking team
Inspection & maintaining the cleanliness of the yachts
- Proper coordination with boat captain & deckhand
Proper briefing to crew on board and ensure smooth operations- Assuring customer satisfaction and resolving any on-board issues
Punctuality and time management of the excursion
- Proper customer feedback procedures to be followed
Reporting to relevant departments on a per-excursion basis- Documenting excursion through pictures and short videos
Strategizing and improvisation of services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Availing services for excursions such as caterers, DJs, photographers, event planners etc.
Procuring Google reviews from guests- Sales through referrals from guests

Skills:
* Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of English, Konkani & Hindi
Experience:
- Min 1-year experience on Yachts or the hospitality industry
