Job Description

HIRING FOR TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Must-Have

Administering, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange server
Managing mailboxes, public folders, and other mailbox resources
Troubleshooting Exchange server issues and performance tuning
Developing and implementing anti-spam and anti-virus measures
Creating and managing mailbox stores and distribution groups
Configuring and managing mobile devices that link to Exchange
Performing backups, restores, and setting up disaster recovery plans
Monitoring Exchange server performance and optimizing server resources
Performing Exchange server upgrades and patching as needed
Providing end-user support and troubleshooting
On-call Participate in rotating schedule providing afterhours and weekend support

Good-to-Have

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales
Experience using help desk call management system
Technical grasp of a wide range of applications both in house and 3rd party applications

Role descriptions/Expectations from the Role

Working on User incidents related to their Desktops (VDI and Moonshots), application issues like Outlook, Teams,
Coordinate with hardware vendor for part replacement and hardware checks
Coordinate with L3 and understand and execute tasks given by L3
Must have Interest to Learn new Technologies as per Project requirement
