Job Title (JR)- Exception Management
Work Location: Pune (Remote)
Job Role:
- Provide the execution role for the Provisioning and Exception management process using various business systems and process activities across the SO&S departments.
- Engages with strategic projects to ensure Provisioning can deliver required functionality within project timeframes.
- Coordinate provisioning activities with both internal and external parties ensuring proper scheduling, communication, and delivery of the Cloud provisioned environments.
- Act as a process manager of exception (deviation from standard provisioning) and review, co-ordinate, manager approval and track the exception tickets against the environment.
- Maintain standard operating procedure and required resources to govern the process.
- Identifies and reports non-compliance situations.
- Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Mentors the organization on Provisioning process, concepts, policies, and procedures
Day to Day Activities:
- Work on provisioning tickets in ServiceNow ITSM to validate input information is correct as per customer order and pre-requisites are met to start provisioning.
- Work with Business development managers to covert Bill of Material to actual deliverable environments in AWS/Azure Cloud infrastructure
- Analyze bill or material into Salesforce tool
- Co-ordinate end to end provisioning with Application/ infrastructure teams, Business teams and ultimately deliver environments to the customers.
- Work on Servicenow ITSM exception tickets and co-ordinate exception approval with Portfolio, technical and R&D teams.
- Generate reports and metrics as per defined operating procedure and key performance indicator.
Preferred Skills/ Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of technical experience in technology field (IT operations) on ITSM processes
- ITIL Foundation knowledge
- Functional experience on Servicenow ITSM tool
- Functional experience on Salesforce tool
- Knowledge of Cloud providers like AWS and Azure
