Job Description: Data Expert

Design and construct data architectures for data ETL processes, and data mining.

• Analyse large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
• Provide quality assurance and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy of data processing and analysis.
• Develop algorithms and predictive models to extract meaningful insights for various business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver on those needs.
• Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results.

Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to help departments make informed decisions.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning tools and statistical modelling techniques.
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Functional Skills

• Proven experience in managing large datasets and delivering comprehensive data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Soft Skills

• Self-motivator and self-starter,Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
• Should have good interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management.
