In this role, you will manage on-ground event activations, forge brand partnerships, and curate exciting events to keep our brand engaged and at the forefront of the health and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Ground Planning Activation :
- Plan, execute, and oversee on-ground activation events and campaigns in collaboration with partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners to enhance Shyft's brand presence in the health and wellness sector.
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that align with Shyft's brand goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver successful activation projects.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in event management and on-ground activation.
- A genuine interest in the health and wellness industry is a must.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
