As Events, Marketing, & Partner Manager, your main responsibility is to lead and coordinate any event held in the APAC region as well as be the main point of contact for our Asia-based partner members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues based in Europe and Asia-Pacific as well as our network of Asia Partners.
Partners consist of sustainability and ESG consultants, service and solution providers, and industry associations in the real asset sector.
You will also support the marketing team, based in the Amsterdam headquarters, to assist with marketing and communications in APAC
You will be reporting to the Head of APAC and the role can be based in any major city in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all GRESB-related events, co-branded thematic events and webinars, partner events, and industry events involving GRESB within APAC
- Manage the APAC events calendar, working alongside other APAC commercial staff on partner events
- Monitor the partner management relationship to effectively coordinate business development activities while engaging with partners in Asia
- Set up regular and effective communication channels with partners externally and with partners account managers internally
- Partner on-boarding: streamline and oversee the global execution process
- Track and improve GRESB provided benefits to partners
- Market intelligence: keep up to date with market developments, trends and competition

Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation or sales enablement
- Demonstrated experience managing event marketing efforts, including webinars
- Experience partnering, negotiating and collaborating with external organizations
- Strong communication skills and fluency or near fluency in English is required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Project management and international stakeholders management experience
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, proven ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience in and knowledge of financial markets, asset management and ESG is a plus
