Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Supervisor at Backdrop Events in Coimbatore. The Event Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day event operations, overseeing event setup and execution, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Event Management, and Event Planning experience
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
