Collaborating with artists, agents, and promoters to plan and coordinate tour schedules, routing, and logistics.
Managing travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and crew coordination for touring parties.
Ensuring smooth execution of tours by anticipating and resolving logistical challenges.
Managing budgets and monitoring expenses for individual tours, considering all aspects such as production costs, personnel, travel, and accommodations as needed.
Overseeing all aspects of live show production, including stage setup, sound and lighting, visuals, and special effects.
Liaising with production teams, venue staff, and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met and production runs smoothly.
Serving as the primary point of contact between artists and tour personnel.
Understanding and addressing the artists needs and preferences while on the road.
Collaborating with marketing and promotions teams to effectively promote upcoming shows and engage through social media and other platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in live event production, touring management, or artist management.
Strong understanding of the music industry, including trends, audience preferences, and industry standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with artists, team members, and external partners.
Problem-solving ability and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with tour management software and tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours as required by touring schedules
