Position: Event Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the events industry and possess strong interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and increase event bookings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event sales or a related field.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
