About the Role:

The Event Partnerships Intern at Favcy Venture Builders will assist in managing at the forefront of organizing one of India's largest startup showcase events, managing critical aspects like sponsorships, VIP engagement, and event flow. This internship offers a unique chance to work directly with top investors, startups, and corporate partners, gaining real-world experience in the VC ecosystem and large-scale event management.

Location: On-site (South Delhi)

Stipend:INR 6,000-8,000 INR per month + variable (based on performance)

Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with venture capital firms, angel syndicates, and family offices to expand our investor network, aiming to drive funding opportunities for our portfolio startups.
• Conduct Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging markets, providing insights that help guide partnership strategies and new initiatives.
• Initiate & Manage New Projects: Kick-start and manage new initiatives by collaborating with corporates and partners, understanding their strategic objectives, and developing solutions that meet both their needs and the needs of our startups.
• Facilitate Investor Connections: Actively work with our portfolio startups to facilitate connections with investor partners, enabling valuable interactions and funding opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with investment, program management, and marketing teams to align efforts, ensuring partnerships and new initiatives drive maximum value.
• Organize Key Events: Assist in planning and executing demo days, investor meetups, and masterclasses to showcase cohort startups and drive engagement across the ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and generate actionable insights to inform strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset, eager to learn about partnerships, strategy, and venture building.
