Your Role
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead our on-app event marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving user engagement and conversion through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital and offline activations. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with Zepto's brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with category, brand, digital, and procurement teams to plan and oversee seamless campaign execution across various channels, including CRM, Meta, Google, and native platforms.
- Oversee the production of high-quality creative assets, including flyers, samples, and gift boxes.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and adherence to go-live dates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, events, merch, and on-app teams to ideate and develop engaging event themes and hooks.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful campaign execution.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics, including user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the event marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Track expenses and provide regular budget updates to leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including CRM, social media, and search.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as project management tools, analytics tools, and design software.
