About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Events Marketing Intern to join our team. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and promoting exciting events. You will work closely with our marketing and events team to contribute to the success of various initiatives.
Internship Duration: 1 month
Internship Location: Telibandha, Raipur
Internship Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Event Planning and Execution:
* Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, and product launches.
* Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
* Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and other stakeholders.
* Manage on-site event operations, including registration, setup, and breakdown.
Marketing and Promotion:
* Create engaging marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and social media content.
* Utilize social media platforms to promote events and build brand awareness.
* Develop email marketing campaigns to invite and engage attendees.
* Track event metrics and analyze performance data.
Administrative Support:
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
* Provide support to the marketing team on various projects.
Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, such as marketing, communications, or event management.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Passion for events and marketing.
