Job Description
Event Planning and Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target
audience, and objectives.
Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas.
Liaise with clients, speakers, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication
and seamless coordination.
Budget Management:
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
Track event expenses and manage event-related financial transactions.
Venue Selection and Coordination:
Research and select appropriate venues for each event.
Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, catering, and audiovisual
equipment.
Vendor Management:
Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure quality and timeliness.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media
content, and email campaigns.
On-site Event Management:
Manage event setup, execution, and tear-down.
Ensure all events run smoothly and resolve any issues that arise on the day of the event.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Collect feedback from attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Analyse event performance and prepare reports.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future events.
