Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Management Specialist at Urban Flea in Ahmedabad. As an Event Management Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and organizing events, managing communication with vendors and participants, making element sheet, coordinating logistics, and overseeing event production. Your role will also involve training and coordinating with the marketing team to promote and market the events.

• Creativity and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the art and creative industry is a plus
