Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator with experience in the entertainment industry to oversee the planning, execution, and success of events at Showtime Studio Mumbai. This individual will work closely with artists, clients, and production teams to ensure seamless coordination of all events, from intimate performances to large-scale productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including concerts, theater performances, corporate events, and film screenings
• Collaborate with talent, vendors, production teams, and clients to ensure all logistics are managed efficiently
• Handle event bookings, schedules, contracts, and negotiations
• Oversee setup, technical requirements, and breakdown of events
• Ensure all events meet Showtime Studio Mumbai's high standards of quality and professionalism
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for each event
• Address client needs and handle last-minute changes with a calm, problem-solving approach
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health protocols
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as an event coordinator in the entertainment or performing arts industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with event planning software and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
• A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering exceptional experiences
