1. Experience, Minimum of 4-6 years as a technician or mechanic.
2. ITI or Diploma in a relevant field is mandatory.
3. Service Advisor Experience, Not required.
4. No prior experience with competitor companies, such as Cars24.
5. Employment with OEM-based companies like Mahindra First Choice or Maruti True Value is highly desirable.
6. Candidates with plant or manufacturing-based experience will not be considered.
7. Ability to read and understand basic English.
8. A valid driver's license and proficient driving skills are essential (both two and four wheelers).
9. This is a field-based role requiring visits to customers locations for car evaluations.
10. A motorcycle is required for field visits, and fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
11. A one-month training program will be provided, with the company covering travel, food and accommodation costs.
