Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Evaluator-Quick Service Restaurants at Santushti Shakes Pvt. Ltd in Vadodara. The Evaluator will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations of quick service restaurants, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include reviewing service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in evaluation of QSR outlets
• Evaluation, Assessment, and Quality Control skills
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• Experience in the food service industry is mandatory
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and recommendations
• Hotel Management graduates
