As an Techjnician specializing in Warehouse Lithium Battery systems, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of lithium battery systems within a warehouse environment. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems related to lithium batteries, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Installation and Maintenance:
Install, maintain, and repair lithium battery systems within the warehouse.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any potential issues proactively.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new battery installations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues in lithium battery systems.
Respond promptly to system failures and work efficiently to minimize downtime.
Implement corrective actions to address identified problems and prevent recurrence.
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Implement and follow proper lockout/tagout procedures when working on battery systems.
Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Document any modifications or upgrades made to lithium battery systems.
Provide regular reports on the status of battery systems to management.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other maintenance and operations teams to coordinate activities and minimize disruptions.
Work closely with battery manufacturers or suppliers to address technical queries and obtain necessary support.
Upkeep of Tools and Equipment:
Ensure that all tools and equipment used for maintenance are properly maintained and calibrated.
Report any faulty tools or equipment and request replacements as needed.
Training:
Provide training to warehouse staff on basic electrical safety and awareness of lithium battery systems.
Stay updated on advancements in lithium battery technology through continuous learning and training.
EV Training or equivalent.
Previous experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting lithium battery systems is preferred.
Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
