One of our EV charging clients is looking for a Sales Executive in Ahmedabad.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our EV Charger sales efforts in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our EV chargers, engaging with real estate developers, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong technical understanding of our products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for EV chargers.

- Identify and engage potential clients, particularly real estate developers, to promote our EV charging solutions.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Explain the company's mission, values, and the technical specifications of our EV chargers to potential clients.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our EV charging solutions.

3. Lead Generation and Appointment Booking:

- Proactively generate leads and book appointments with real estate developers and other potential clients.

- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and conduct sales pitches to close deals.

4. Sales Team Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve better sales results.

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet their sales targets.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Report directly to the Founder with regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and installation of EV chargers for clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EV charging industry or a related technology sector.

- Strong technical knowledge of EV chargers and their specifications.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a sales team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding regions as required.
