- Software Installation and Updates: Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications on end-user devices
- Ensuring that software is up-to-date with the latest patches and updates
- Hardware Maintenance: Managing and maintaining end-user hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Conducting hardware upgrades or replacements as necessary
- User Account Management: Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Assisting with password resets and access-related issues
- Mobile Device Management: Configuring and managing mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, ensuring security and compliance with organizational policies
- Remote Support: Providing remote support for end-users who may be working from different locations
- Using remote assistance tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- IT Security: Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect end-user devices and data
