Position: Counsellor for Europe

Role Overview:
We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable European counsellor to join our dynamic team at BNPS International. The ideal candidate will understand the European education system, admission processes, and visa regulations.
They will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students aspiring to study in Europe, ensuring they receive accurate and timely advice tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students and their families, offering personalised guidance on European education opportunities. Assess students academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
- Guide students through the application process, including preparing and reviewing application documents, essays, and recommendation letters. Assist students in meeting application deadlines and fulfilling specific admission requirements of European institutions.
- Provide detailed information on visa regulations and requirements for different European countries. Assist students in preparing visa applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct informative sessions and workshops on various topics related to studying in Europe, such as choosing the right university, scholarship opportunities, and adapting to a new cultural environment. Stay updated on changes in the European education landscape and share relevant information with students and colleagues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with European educational institutions, keeping abreast of their offerings, admission criteria, and updates. Collaborate with partner universities and colleges to facilitate smooth student application processes.
- Offer career counselling to help students align their education choices with long-term career goals. Provide insights into job market trends and opportunities in Europe for graduates.
- Contribute to the company's revenue targets by achieving individual and team goals for student enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and progress. Prepare regular reports on student outcomes, counselling activities, and revenue-generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in educational counselling or a related role, preferably focusing on European education.
- In-depth knowledge of European education systems, institutions, and visa processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
