The role is within the Digital Workspace & End User Services team aligned within Global Technology.
- As End User Computing Operations lead, you are a leader responsible for overseeing and managing the end user computing environment day to day operations, developing and implementing support strategies ensuring optimal performance, availability, user satisfaction and ensuring the resolution of technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves leading a team of EUC professionals, implementing and maintaining end user hardware and software, and driving continuous improvement in Global EUC services and processes. - This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints. - Maturity, curiosity, creative problem solving, and team leadership are all essential for success in this role. - He/she must also bring experience, ideas, and initiatives to influence and drive change to support our growth and scaling.
Desired candidate should have
- Min. 10 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - In-depth knowledge of end user computing technologies such as SCCM Imaging Technologies Managed Print Services Mobile Device Management (Intune / Citrix) Nexthink, Active Directory - Basic Understanding of Network Network Security End User Security Products (Microsoft Defender SentinelOne) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results on time and within budget. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. - Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. - Stay abreast on latest technology and industry trends. - Driving alignment by building effective partnership with stakeholders across global markets.
