The EUC Team Lead will be responsible for leading the End-User Computing team and overseeing various initiatives, including the rollout of Windows 11, network remediation efforts, and the management of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Ivanti Mobile Device Management (MDM) and patching solutions. This role will ensure a seamless user experience, secure and efficient device management, and compliance with organizational standards. The candidate should be willing to work night shifts and operate in a hybrid model.

nRoles & Responsibilities:
- nLead the End-User Computing (EUC) team in daily operations and strategic projects, ensuring high-quality support and service delivery.
- nOversee the rollout of Windows 11 across the organization, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to users.
- nManage network remediation projects to enhance security, performance, and compliance of the network infrastructure.
- nAdminister and maintain Active Directory, including user account management, security groups, and organizational unit (OU) structure.
- nDevelop, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings and standardize configurations across end-user devices.
- nUtilize Ivanti MDM for the management and secure deployment of mobile devices, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- nOversee the patch management process using Ivanti, ensuring all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.
- nCollaborate with other IT teams to integrate EUC solutions with broader IT infrastructure and applications.
- nProvide guidance and training to the EUC team to enhance skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- nDocument processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
