Desired Candidate Profile :
We are looking for an ETL Tester with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, debugging, and validating ETL processes. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Test and validate ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Identify and report defects, issues, and bugs in ETL processes
- Create and execute test cases and test plans
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with ETL developers and data analysts to understand data requirements and design test cases
- Maintain and update test documentation
- Communicate test results to stakeholders
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in ETL testing
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
- Strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA and HP ALM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
