Position: ETL Developer
Location: Basavanagudi, Near Jayanagar Bangalore
Job Summary
Work with the other members of the BI&A team to work on data warehousing projects. The candidate is required provide the support to the implemented projects and help in completing the ongoing projects, He should poses good communication skills and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Job Description
- Must have 1-2 years of work experience with Informatica Powercenter.
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore lead designers, analyze LLDSTM, translate & apply business rules to data transformations
- Performs data validation, cleansing and analysis.
- Tests, debugs, and documents ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures
- Analyzes data from various sources, including databases and flat files
- Develop error handling processes
- Experience with Informatica MDM
- Good knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write stored procedures, triggers, functions etc.
- Extensive experience in Data Modeling & Architecture, Data Migration and Data Quality initiatives
- Good team player with analytical thinking, strong software testing concepts and good communication skills
- Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries
- Extensive experience on Informatica Power Must have experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of Informatica Power Center
- Involved in the Migration process from Development, Test and Production Environments
- Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle in Data warehousing
- Worked on high volume datasets from various sources like SQL Server, Flat Files
