- Ability to read construction blue prints, architectural drawings and spec
- Experience with take offs, shop CAD drawings & cost estimation for Stone and tile
- Create shop drawings from architectural drawings
- High level of efficiency exceptional organizational skills
- Strong attention to details
- Collaborations skills updating and collecting information and keeping everyone updated
- Exceptional Organizational skills
- Candidates preferred with experience in Bluebeam Revu , PlanSwift ,Etc
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge on Microsoft word, excel and presentation
- Should be a quick learner and has the ability to adapt
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested
