Estimation engineer to join our team.

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.

- Conduct rate analysis and develop competitive pricing strategies.

- Create accurate quotations based on project specifications.

- Collaborate with design and project management teams.

- Maintain and update cost databases.

- Review subcontractor quotations for accuracy.

- Monitor project budgets and costs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior fit-out costing and estimation.

- Proficiency in cost estimation software.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
