Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial roles, preferably in the construction or MEP industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and project finance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in relevant software applications, such as MS Excel and accounting software.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Electrical (HV, LV, Substation & Power Distribution,- Lighting, Earthing, Cabling and Cable Trays, Power points, etc.) project,
Project Analysis and Evaluation,
- Cost Estimation, Quantity Takeoff,
Budget Preparation, Bid Preparation and Submission,- Vendor and subcontractor Management, Risk Assessment,
collaboration and communication.
