Responsibilities :-

• Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work
• Preparing bills for payments and estimating quantities & order of materials for construction
• Visiting the site location and collecting the dates for preparation of bills
• Coordinating and scheduling of daily progress
• Continuous communication with head office for work progress.
• DPR, Client Bill preparation , Checking Sub contractor bills etc
• Should have done RA bills, client billing and item rate billing
