Estate Manager (Real Estate)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or any other field, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in estate or property management

Job Description:

. Candidates should responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the estate properties.

. Has experience of Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service delivery.

. Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

. Schedule and oversee routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

. Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements.

. Financial Management

. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other property-related services.

. Knowledge of properties comply with local and national safety regulations.

. Implement safety and security protocols to protect tenants, visitors, and property assets.

. Keep updated with legal requirements, property laws, and health and safety regulations.

. Candidate may require flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, depending on the operational needs of the properties.
