You assess supplier's sustainability performance in the area of environmental and social aspects.
You define supplier's ESG improvement measures and drive the implementation process.
You support further development of the sustainable sourcing scheme.
You represent ESG internally and externally and provide sustainability expertise for relevant sourcing activities.
You work closely with our international team based in Bucharest, Pune and Zurich in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
You make a significant contribution in the field of sustainability by facilitating the compliance of environmental and social practices.
Qualifications:
Master's degree environmental sciences/engineering/management, or business degree with further education in sustainability.
5+ years of work experience in sustainability, an auditing role with corporate risk, procurement, quality, process management experience or similar role.
Strong project management skills, and eager to create new solutions and advance novel approaches.
Structured, diligent, reliable and independent approach to work
Strong analytical skills, excellent user knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
