JOB PURPOSE :

Strategizing and implementing Sustainability / ESGÂ initiatives in Transworld.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

External

Â

1. Manage partnership with external ESG partners for ESG data management, gap analysis and creating roadmap
2. Managing ESG software based platform functioning from Transworld side
3. Coordination with partners for sustainability report writing and assurance ensuring alignment

Internal ESG Integration

Â

1. Alignment of Sustainability / ESG metrics with standards such as UNSDG, GRI, SASB, TCFD, IR, GHG Protocol
2. Carbon Emission Calculation – Scope 1, Scope 2, Scope 3 and develop strategy for reduction in coordination with business
3. Project Management – coordination with ESG mentors data collection, data analysis, documentation and report writing for ESG campaigns
4. Data verification and updation on ESG digital platform
5. Maintaining ESG Dashboard and mapping progress
6. Creating entitywise ESG roadmap for each of the entities
7. Work on data gaps and create strategy and processes for gap mitigation and process streamlining in coordination with business team
