Job Title: Associate Consultant - Intern

Location: Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Full-Time

Eligibility: Candidates with a degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.

Job Description:

We are seeking an ESG/Sustainability Consultant Intern who can assist with GHG emissions calculations, reporting, and developing a NetZero roadmap strategy. The intern will also be responsible for ESG framework reporting according to global standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the calculation and reporting of GHG emissions.

2. Help develop a NetZero roadmap strategy.

3. Contribute to ESG framework reporting according to global standards.

4. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement best practices.

5. Stay updated with the latest developments in ESG standards and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Environmental Engineering/studies, Environmental Science, Energy Studies, Sustainable Business Management, or MBA with focus on Sustainability /ESG.

2. Knowledge of ESG reporting and GHG emissions calculations.

3. Familiarity with global ESG frameworks such as GRI, GRESB, SASB, CDP, BRSR, CSRD, ESRS, IFRS and TCFD.

4. Understanding of Indian ESG frameworks ( BRSR ) is a plus.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Note: This is an internship position and requires travel to meet customer sites to perform due-dilligence, enablement and other customer support to define the strategy for the customer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in ESG consulting.
