Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Escalation Executive located in Bengaluru. The Escalation Executive will be responsible for handling customer escalations and ensuring timely resolutions. The role involves coordinating with various internal teams and stakeholders to address customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of escalations and resolutions.
Salary: Upto 32k in hand
Location: Bangalore
Language mandatory: English and Hindi
Requirement: Must have experience in handling call escalations
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Customer service experience
Knowledge of real estate industry and property management
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
