What's this role about
The key responsibilities and duties for this role are to perform the duties of an IT Business Analyst for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning. They will effectively manage responsibilities related to the IT Planning team's needs, Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud, and associated systems or activities. The role is crucial in ensuring that our supply chain operations are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with our strategic IT and business goals.

Typical Tasks
Here's how you'll contribute:
- Conducting workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Documenting business processes, requirements, and solution designs.
- Configuring Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud modules such as Demand Management, Supply Planning, and other related modules as needed for Planning in Cloud, EBS, and associated Planning tools.
- Developing or assisting with test case execution and documenting test results per SDLC BEC requirements.
- Providing ongoing system monitoring, upgrades, and standard work maintenance processes.
- Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Collaborating with Oracle support to resolve any complex issues.
- Preparing project status reports and communicating with stakeholders on progress and issues.
- Conducting quarterly upgrade reviews and deployments.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings as needed.
Core Skills
- Proven work experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Sr Functional Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Fusion Cloud SCM Modules.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle SCM module such as Demand Management, Supply Planning, .
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, configuration, and support projects, including system setup, datamigration, and testing.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Application Architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex business issues and design effective solutions and integrating with third party applications.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, specifically in Agile and usage or issue tracking tools like JIRA is a plus.
- Knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements/story gathering, analysis, solution design, development, testing (unit, integration, end-to-end user), implementation, and support
