ERPNext / Frappe Developer

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext software to streamline our business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

• Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure ERPNext software according to organizational requirements.

• Customize ERPNext modules to fit specific business processes and needs.

Develop and maintain custom scripts and reports to enhance ERPNext functionality.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERPNext.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and translate them into ERPNext solutions.

Manage data migration and integration with other systems.

• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERPNext system.

Stay updated with the latest features and updates of ERPNext.

• Document configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience with ERPNext implementation and customization.

Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, HR, inventory, and manufacturing.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other ERP systems.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.

ERPNext certification.

• Experience with data migration and integration tools.
