Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented ERPNext Developer with expertise in the Frappe Framework. As an ERPNext Developer, you will play a crucial role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext solutions. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality ERP solutions using the Frappe Framework. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Python programming, deep knowledge of the ERPNext platform, and expertise in leveraging the Frappe Framework to build scalable and efficient ERP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ERPNext modules and applications using the Frappe Framework.
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems and applications as required.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues reported by clients or internal teams.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the Frappe Framework and ERPNext platform, and evaluate new features and enhancements for potential adoption.
- Assist in the deployment of ERPNext solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience as an ERPNext Developer, with significant expertise in the Frappe Framework.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Extensive knowledge of the ERPNext platform, including its architecture, modules, and features, and hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ERP solutions.
- Expertise in the Frappe Framework, including its core concepts, APIs, and development tools, with a track record of building scalable and extensible applications.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, and experience in developing responsive user interfaces for ERPNext applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions using the Frappe Framework.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and articulate technical concepts and solutions.
